| Staff |
| AHEAD currently has eight (8) fulltime staff in the Uganda office. In addition, we have a regional network of program consultants who assist with program work. |
| Board |
| The membership of AHEAD's Governing Board is a manageable number of four non-staff members. We hope to grow slowly by adding another two to three people (in particular from Tanzania) within the year. We also plan to set up small Advisory Council of no more than four people. |
